It's impossible to praise these Uncle Bobs enough. The composotions, the eloquent colour schemes, lovely details, your familiarity with the source material and the sly twists you make on them... The only problem for me is you keep posting the strips and I can't resist reading them. But I'd rather wait for the book!
I think this story needs a little tweaking, as the end comes a little too suddenly for my liking. I want it to be more obvious what happens to Sarah. I may draw a frame or two of her inside the house as the Martian tripod approaches.

Too obvious. It's much stronger (as it is) without taking away the thought element by showing Sarah in the house in my opinion...
