Do panic disorder! Would probably work really well depicting the "the walls are closing in" feeling of agoraphobia via your drawings of walls and buildings.

Have you ever mused on the relationship between creativity and such disorders?
I read a book on the subject once and it had some really fascinating cases in it. It was from a medical point of view and not in the 'outsider' art field so no illustrations but the part that I remember most discussed degrees of difference from the norm as your ending does.
